Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any service-related concerns.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The scheduled service was not completed as agreed

  • Significant service issues were reported immediately after completion

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges were processed

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on expectations not included in the purchased service package

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage or stains that could not be removed

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Failure to follow aftercare recommendations

  • Services already completed and approved by the customer at the time of completion

Appointment Deposits

If a deposit is required for booking:

  • Deposits may be refundable if cancellation notice is provided within the required timeframe

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers are encouraged to provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Proline Detail Co reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
